Preparation: tear the greens with your hands, put them in a salad bowl, peel the cucumber and cut into half rings, prepare a dressing of vinegar and oil, pour over the greens and vegetables and stir, place the chicken and mozzarella, cut into pieces, on top, add tomato slices, pour the dressing over again.

Green salad with chicken and figs.

Ingredients: 100g corn salad, 300g chicken fillet, 3-4 pcs. dried figs, 50g blue cheese, 2 oranges, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar, 5 tbsp. olive oil, sea salt.

Preparation: cut the fillet into thin strips, place in a deep plate, add soy sauce and salt, stir, then 2 tbsp. orange juice, a little orange zest and stir again, add 2 tbsp. olive oil, cover and marinate for half an hour. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, cut the figs into thin slices, pour 1 tsp. vinegar and let the slices soak. Fry the fillet in olive oil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, cool. Mix some of the figs with the chicken, place in the center of a salad plate, add the remaining figs, chopped orange, zest, crumbled cheese and mix gently. Make a dressing with the remaining vinegar, oil and salt. Pour it over the salad and mix it with your hands. Place the leaves around the chicken and drizzle lightly with oil.

Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 1 head of broccoli, 1 bunch of spinach, 1 stalk of celery, 2 tbsp. cranberries or raisins, salt; for dressing - 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise.
