The windshield must be replaced in case of cracks, glass darkening and holes. If the seal is damaged, which violates the tightness of the glazing, the seal is replaced.

Removing the windshield
1. Remove the wiper arms
2. Remove the rubber lock of the window B-pillar seal
3. Remove the metal trim of the bezel of the glass seal
4. Remove the edge of the seal around the entire perimeter
5. Press with your hands on the upper corners of the glass from the cab, remove the seal from. the flange of the cab opening and, bending the edge of the seal, remove the glass and the seal. This operation must be performed by two people.

Note. When using a seal made of an open profile, install the seal in the opening, and then, bending the edges of the seal with a screwdriver from the outside, insert one, then the other glass (to facilitate installation, you can grease the edges of the glasses with brake fluid "Neva"). Then tuck in the B-pillar profile, insert the B-pillar itself, the lined weather strip and the B-pillar lock.
For better sealing, after installing the glass, insert a rubber adhesive between the edge of the seal and the glass in the lower half of the window outline.
