Additionally, clutch kits from the Toyota box are subject to replacement. Pallets from two boxes are welded and the oil receiver is redesigned.

When installing an exhaust from 3S-FE, an L-shaped elbow is installed, which is attached with a weld. After that, the cooling and air conditioning system is being redesigned. Tubes and hoses are bent and re-crimped, a condenser from Escudo and a compressor from Toyota are connected. Many other manipulations are also performed, which indicates a rather large complexity of the swap of this engine.

What kind of oil to fill

The G16A engine is filled with oil with a viscosity of 5W40. Moreover, this oil is suitable for use in all seasons.
